Owings/Brown Studio is the creative collaboration of Ross Brown, sculptor, and Sharman Owings, painter.

Ross has extensive experience in metal casting as well as cast cement and terazzo. His work has been shown in Seattle, New York, and Sante Fe. He currently teaches part time at the community college level.

Sharman's two-dimensional work revolves around the visual play of color and pattern. Her choice of medium is dictated by the character of the subject. Moving from colored pencil on paper to oil on canvas and every option in between gives her the freedom to concentrate on the essence of the final image.

Their company "Roknob" allows them to express their creativity in a functional, yet highly artistic way, creating custom door and cabinet hardware and other home accents.
